Tabletop Knight’s Code of Conduct for Events

Welcome to Tabletop Knights! We are dedicated to providing a welcoming, fun, and safe environment for all participants at our events. By attending our events, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.

1. Respect for All

Treat everyone with respect. This includes players, organizers, volunteers, and venue staff. Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated.

2. Sportsmanship and Fair Play

Our events are meant to be fun and fair. All participants are expected to play by the rules, respect the decisions of referees or organizers, and maintain good sportsmanship, win or lose. Cheating or disruptive behavior is not allowed.

3. Harassment-Free Environment

Harassment includes unwanted physical contact, unwelcome advances, intimidating behavior, inappropriate comments, or any other behavior that makes someone feel unsafe or uncomfortable. If you feel harassed, please notify an event organizer or volunteer immediately.

4. Consent and Boundaries

Respect the personal space and boundaries of others. Always ask before touching someone else’s dice, miniatures, or personal items, and respect the answer given. Consent is key.

5. Inclusivity and Accessibility

Tabletop Knights is committed to inclusivity and accessibility. Be mindful of language and actions that may exclude or offend others. Offer assistance if you see someone struggling, and ensure everyone has a chance to be heard and participate.

6. No Alcohol or Substances

Unless explicitly stated by event organizers, no alcohol or recreational substances are permitted during events. Please maintain a clear mind to contribute positively to the environment.

7. Reporting Issues

If you see or experience behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, report it to an organizer or volunteer. We will take appropriate action to address the situation and protect all participants.

8. Consequences of Misconduct

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in consequences ranging from a warning to ejection from the event. Severe or repeated violations may result in being banned from future events.

9. Have Fun!

Above all, our events are meant to be enjoyable. Be kind, be respectful, and have fun while adventuring with your fellow knights!

Thank you for helping make Tabletop Knights events a great experience for everyone!
